Telegram

Tipzy on Telegram

Same custodial Conflux eSpace wallets and on-chain tips as Discord. Anyone can DM the bot for /register and /balance. In groups, reply to a message and run /tip with an amount.

Set NEXT_PUBLIC_TELEGRAM_BOT_USERNAME in web/.env.local (username without @) so these buttons link to your BotFather bot.

For members

  1. Start a chat with the bot (or open your group after the admin added it). Send /start.
  2. Run /register once to create your wallet. Sensitive details are sent in DM when Telegram allows it.
  3. Check funds with /balance (DM preferred for a full breakdown).
  4. In a supergroup, reply to someone's message, then send /tip <amount> [token]. Both sides must be registered.

For admins

  • Use "Add bot to a group" above, or add @your_bot from Telegram group settings.
  • In @BotFather, set /setprivacy to Disable so the bot can read messages and resolve reply-chain tips.
  • Operators still manage campaigns and keys from the web app (Discord login today). Telegram is the chat surface; on-chain behavior matches Discord.
